Order Restrictions

Fast, 2-Business-Day, Next-Day, and Saturday delivery options are available for all standard orders. Personalised items may take longer. Gift cards are shipped separately free of charge.

Delivery Timing

Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Streetwise3d reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on streetwise3d.com. When you choose the Economy delivery option, packages are delivered Monday through Saturday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Orders sent by Fast, 2-Business-Day or Next-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. We recommend choosing Fast or Next-Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

Returns & Refunds - While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience with streetwise3d.com, we understand sometimes things don't quite work out. We are 100% commited to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.

When it comes to refunds, you have two options: Cash Refund - We offer 100% cash refunds for any/all item(s) in your order. Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order. Store Credit - We offer store credit equivalent to any and all item(s) in your order.

Please note that due to the nature of personalised items, we will not be able to offer refunds.

Return Shipping - Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged.

1. Select Your Product: Browse through our collection and select the product you wish to customise.

2. Customise: Use our user-friendly customisation tool to add text, or choose from our range of designs/sizes to make the product truly yours!

3. Review: Once you've finished customising, review your design to ensure it looks just the way you want.

4. Add to Cart and Checkout: After reviewing, click ‘Add to Cart’. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and make the payment. Voila! You’ve just created something unique. Await the arrival of your personalised item!

5. After ordering: Once your order is confirmed - we will get in touch with the email provided to send a proof of the design before production. Just to make sure that you are happy!
